The following information is offered to assist you in having a convenient and enjoyable trip. WHERE DO I FLY TO? The Seattle-Tacoma International Airport WHERE IS THE HILTON SEATTLE AIRPORT HOTEL? 17620 International Boulevard Seattle, WA 98188 Phone: 206.244.4800 Web: www.hilton.com HOW DO I GET FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE HOTEL? Once you arrive at the airport and have claimed your luggage, head to the Courtesy Shuttle area on the third level of the parking garage. Locate a courtesy phone to call the hotel and they will send a FREE SHUTTLE to pick you up. Or see the Limousine service information below. HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL BY CAR? From the North: Take I-5 Southbound to 188^th Street Exit (Exit 152) and merge onto 188^th westbound. Take a Right on International Blvd (Highway 99). The Hilton is on the Right just before the 4^th light at 176^th Street. From the South: Take I-5 Northbound to 188^th Street Exit (Exit 152) and take a left at the light at the bottom of the exit. Take a Right on International Blvd (Highway 99). The Hilton is on the Right just before the 4^th light at 176^th Street. WILL THERE BE PARKING NEARBY? The Hilton has a parking garage offering rates of $8 per day to park. Hotel Guests will have in and out privileges. WHAT IS THE HILTON LIKE? Amenities at the Hotel include Internet access, a Fitness Center, Outdoor Pool and Spa. The hotel’s Convention Center is a beautiful private building. Learn more at the hotel website: www.hilton.com WHAT ABOUT RESTAURANTS IN THE AREA? There are several restaurants within walking distance from the Hotel. Besides the restaurant, bar and coffee shop at the Hotel, nearby restaurants include 13 Coins, Gregory’s Bar and Grill, Denny’s and fast-food options to supplement the restaurant service and bar at the Hotel. See the additional Restaurant Brochure for more details. HOW DO I GET TO DOWNTOWN SEATTLE OR THE LOCAL SHOPPING MALL? Contact Seattle Express at 206.241.5800 or visit their website at www.seattleexpress.com. They offer a $12 roundtrip shuttle service to Downtown Seattle or a Free ride to the Westfield Southcenter Mall from the Hotel. Also check www.transit.metrokc.gov for city bus schedules. LIMOUSINE / TOWN CAR SERVICES Amy’s Limousine Service is available this year at a reduced cost to our attendees. Hourly sedan = $50. Hourly Limo (8 passengers) = $85. There are also reduced rates on one way services to Bellevue or Downtown Seattle. In addition Amy’s is offering curbside pickup at the airport baggage claim with drop off at hotel. You can pick up your convention package at the Registration Desk beginning at the pre-convention dance on Thursday evening on the 3rd floor of the Convention Center. The registration desk is open throughout the weekend. You will receive an updated event schedule when you check in. WHAT ABOUT THE WORKSHOPS? The $45 Bonus Band is your pass into all the convention workshops as well as the Saturday lunch. The Bonus Band is purchased separately from your Event Ticket. Purchased individually, workshops are $10 each. You may purchase your Bonus Band starting at the pre-convention dance on Thursday evening at the registration desk. Check your workshop schedule for the FREE WORKSHOPS open to all attendees!! ARE THERE DAY PASSES OR SPECTATOR PASSES AVAILABLE? Yes! Please stop at the convention registration desk to purchase these passes for riser seating or standing room only. Spectators may not be on the dance floor. POST-CONVENTION DANCE There will be a post-convention dance on Sunday evening hosted by the Seattle Swing Dance Club. This dance will be free for convention attendees!
